3. Fax It In

Fax the application(s) to us at (559) 276-0506. Once we receive your application, we'll call you to discuss the details further and confirm your payment information.

MOVE-IN SPECIALS & DETAILS

1.  Deposit The standard deposit required for move-in is $400.   Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.  Additional Pet Deposit is $300 for the first pet and $100 for a second pet in the 1 bedroom & $200 for a second pet in all other apartments (2 pets maximum).  Pet Rent is $15 per month, per pet.  Breed Restrictions Apply. Ask about our Corporate Rates.  Garage Rentals available on a space available basis for an additional $50 per month. 2.  Rents/Lease Terms Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; 6 - 12 month leases available. Additional Rent Premiums * Additional monthly premiums may apply. 3.
