MOVE-IN SPECIALS & DETAILS

1. Deposit The standard deposit required for move-in is $400 for a 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and for a 3 bedroom. Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score. Additional Pet Deposit is $350 for the 1st Pet & $200 for the 2nd Pet. Breed Restrictions Apply. Ask about our Corporate Rates. 2. Rents/Lease Terms We offer flexible lease terms; 3 -13 month leases available. (Lease terms subject to change based on availability.) 3. 24 Hour Maintenance Service Guarantee We offer a 24 hour Maintenance Service Guarantee pledge to all residents.
